What is your background?
I am from Des Plaines, IL. This is a suburb outside of Chicago (and too near O’Hare airport). I graduated from Indiana University in 1990 with a BS in Accounting. I received my MBA from Lake Forest – Graduate School of Management. I am married to Susan. I have two children (Penn and Gwyn) and three step-children (Nathan, Jenna, and Sarah). We have a great dog…Dakota and a recently deceased cat…Snowball.

What do you do in your free time?
When I’m not doing something with my family, I might be running or reading or backpacking (my new found hobby).

What is the best advice you can give someone?
Choose a job you love and you will never have to work a day in your life.
